1. Scope<\/h2>

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between\nREG Eigenverlag, Ralf Erik Gr\u00fcger, Wolfgangweg 8, 9020 Klagenfurt, Austria (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cPublisher\u201d)\nand its customers in the currently valid version.<\/p>

Deviating terms and conditions of the customer will not be accepted unless the publisher expressly agrees to them in writing.<\/p>

2. Conclusion of contract<\/h2>

The presentation of the products (e.g., books, digital content) does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.\nBy clicking the \"Buy now\" or \"Order\" button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as the publisher accepts the order by email confirmation or ships the goods.<\/p>

3. Prices and shipping costs<\/h2>

All prices are in euros and include VAT.\nShipping costs are listed separately during the ordering process.<\/p>

4. Delivery and availability<\/h2>

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.\nIf an ordered product is not available, the customer will be informed immediately.<\/p>

Digital content (e.g. workbooks or e-books) is available for download after purchase or registration.<\/p>

5. Terms of payment<\/h2>

Payment can be made either in advance, by credit card, PayPal or another payment method offered during the ordering process.<\/p>

6. Right of withdrawal for consumers<\/h2>

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.\nThe withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you receive the goods.\nTo exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear declaration by email or letter.<\/p>

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:<\/strong>
For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download has begun and the customer has expressly agreed to this<\/p>

7. Retention of title<\/h2>

Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollst\u00e4ndigen Bezahlung Eigentum des Verlags.<\/p>

8. Liability<\/h2>

The publisher is only liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the publisher is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.<\/p>

9. Copyright<\/h2>

All content, books, and digital materials are protected by copyright.\nReproduction, distribution, or publication without express permission is prohibited.<\/p>

Privacy policy<\/h2>

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy (GDPR compliant) .<\/p>

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction<\/h2>

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.\nThe place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is Klagenfurt.<\/p>

12. Final provisions<\/h2>

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.<\/p>
